A'Design Award Bronze for MOONO Sliding Light

A'Design Award Bronze for MOONO Sliding Light

We are proud to announce that Moono Sliding Light, designed by Iva Mazmanishvili, has been awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Lighting Products and Fixtures Design category — one of the most prestigious and widely recognized design competitions in the world.

The A' Design Award celebrates excellence across all disciplines of design, drawing entries from over 100 countries and evaluated by an international jury of design professionals, academics, and press members. Bronze recognition places Moono among the world's distinguished works of the award cycle.

About Moono

Moono was born from a simple question: what happens when light is not fixed, but alive?

The Moono Sliding Light is a study in controlled movement — a luminaire that shifts, extends, and repositions along its axis, allowing the quality and direction of light to evolve with the space it inhabits. It is at once architectural and intimate, precise and fluid.

Designed to respond to the human need for adaptability, Moono brings a new dimension to the relationship between light and interior — one that is never static, always considered.

Design Philosophy

Iva Mazmanishvili approaches every object as a spatial experience compressed into form. Light is not a utility — it is a material. With Moono, she explored how a single product could hold both restraint and expressiveness, becoming background when needed and focal point when invited.

The sliding mechanism is not a feature. It is the idea.

Bronze at the A' Design Award is not a consolation — it is a statement. It means that among thousands of entries from the world's most accomplished designers and studios, Moono stood apart. Iva Mazmanishvili and the SHRE team are grateful to the jury, to our collaborators, and to every client whose space gave Moono a reason to exist.
