At SHRE Store by SHRE Studio, each product is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before shipment. Our lighting objects and design pieces are handcrafted products, created with attention to material, finish, and safe delivery.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Tbilisi, Georgia.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

For available items, order preparation usually takes 3–5 business days before shipment.

For customized, personalized, or made-to-order products, preparation may take up to 14 business days before shipment, unless a different production timeline is confirmed individually.

Please note that processing time does not include delivery time.

Shipping Within Georgia

We offer shipping within Georgia.

Delivery within Tbilisi usually takes approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.

The standard delivery cost within Tbilisi is 10 GEL.

Delivery outside Tbilisi may depend on the destination, courier availability, product size, and product fragility. Additional delivery costs may apply for larger or fragile items.

International Shipping

We ship from Georgia to selected international destinations.

International delivery usually takes approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, courier service, customs procedures, holidays, and local delivery conditions.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@shre.ge, and we will review the shipping possibility individually.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, product size, product weight, packaging requirements, and shipping method.

For international orders, shipping costs may be calculated at checkout or confirmed individually before shipment.

For large, fragile, custom, or made-to-order lighting pieces, additional shipping arrangements or costs may be required.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges required by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

SHRE Store by SHRE Studio is not responsible for customs delays, unpaid import fees, or additional charges required by the destination country.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

SHRE Store by SHRE Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, courier service delays, holidays, weather conditions, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

SHRE Store by SHRE Studio is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@shre.ge.

Large, Fragile, or Special Delivery Items

Some SHRE Studio products are fragile lighting objects or design pieces that require special packaging and careful handling.

For large, fragile, custom, or project-based orders, we may contact you after purchase to confirm the safest delivery method, shipping cost, or delivery arrangement.

In some cases, shipping may require individual coordination before dispatch.

Damaged Packages or Products

All products are carefully packed to protect them during transportation.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@shre.ge within 48 hours of delivery.

• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging
• A short description of the issue

We will review the case and assist you with the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@shre.ge.

We will contact the courier or shipping provider and assist with the investigation. The final resolution may depend on the courier’s investigation and shipping terms.
