Product Information
SHRE Store offers handcrafted lighting objects, design pieces, and related products created by SHRE Studio.
We make every effort to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, and images as accurately as possible. However, because many of our products are handcrafted and made with natural materials, slight variations may occur.
Natural wood, metal finishes, handmade details, color tones, texture, grain, and surface appearance may differ slightly from product photos. These variations are part of the character of handcrafted design objects and are not considered defects.
Orders
When you place an order through our website, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
An order is considered accepted only after payment has been confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in product information, pricing, availability, payment processing, or if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Some SHRE Studio products may be customized, modified, or produced as made-to-order pieces.
For custom or made-to-order products, full payment is required before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Production timelines for custom or made-to-order pieces may vary depending on the product, materials, technical requirements, and availability.
Custom, personalized, modified, or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is possible only by individual agreement with SHRE Studio.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@shre.ge. Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed, shipped, or if production of a custom or made-to-order item has already started.
Prices and Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and at checkout.
For the English version of the store, prices may be shown in EUR.
For the Georgian version of the store, prices may be shown in GEL.
We reserve the right to update prices, product availability, discounts, and offers at any time without prior notice.
Sale prices and promotional offers are temporary and apply only during the stated promotion period. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and third-party payment providers, including payment providers such as UniPay.
SHRE Store by SHRE Studio does not store full payment card details. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider according to their own security and privacy standards.
Your order will be processed only after payment confirmation.
Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of purchased products.
Natural materials, including wood and metal, may require appropriate handling and protection from excessive moisture, heat, direct sunlight, impact, or unsuitable cleaning products.
Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect.
Warranty, Repairs, and Product Issues
If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us at contact@shre.ge with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
Warranty, repair, replacement, or service cases are reviewed individually depending on the product, issue, use, installation, and condition.
SHRE Studio may offer repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.
Warranty or repair support does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, incorrect cleaning, or normal wear and tear.
Trade, B2B, and Professional Orders
SHRE Studio may work with architects, interior designers, galleries, showrooms, hospitality projects, and other professional or trade clients.
Trade, B2B, custom, bulk, or project-based orders may be subject to separate written agreements, pricing, payment terms, production timelines, delivery terms, and cancellation conditions.
In case of conflict between these Terms of Service and a separate written agreement, the separate written agreement will apply.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product designs, images, photographs, drawings, text, graphics, logos, brand materials, product names, and visual identity, belongs to SHRE Studio or is used with permission.
